Offer a way to search for commands when in the CLI

We should consider providing a way to find the right command directly from the CLI.

Imagine, you want to get the URL of the tenant app catalog. You know CLI supports it, but what was the command again? Something with appcatalog but you don't know for sure. Currently, the only way to find out is either by navigating through the command hierarchy or opening the CLIs docs in the browser and searching in the docs. What if we offered the ability to find the right command directly in the CLI? The more commands we add the harder it will get to find the right command and even though we strive to group commands logically, our structure still might be arbitrary to others.

Azure CLI does indeed use an online service for that. Not sure what's possible with regards to search on npm but it could be that we'd need our docs indexed somewhere to make them searchable.
