On mobile it's just a chatbot. You can implement it in vscode and IntelliJ and it will answer with context of your checked out files

Do you mean the regular Copilot chat in VS Code? I'm already using that. It would be great though with a chatbot that can answer question of the entire codebase of a repo, not just what's open in VS Code tabs.
