• Should solve an issue causing subsequent tofu inits to throw error "backend configuration changed" - Subsequent tofu init causes "backend configuration changed" error #819
• Should solve some possible crashes in tofu in specific cases of evaluation of Unknown values - hclsyntax: conditional refinements of collections must use Range() hashicorp/hcl#633
