fix(angular): sync missing schema changes in builders

Current Behavior

Some schema changes made in some Angular CLI builders are not in their @nrwl/angular:* counterparts.

Expected Behavior

The nrwl/angular:* builders schemas are in sync with the corresponding Angular CLI builders they extend.
