Append copyright waiver to boilerplate text

Summary

Once #724 is merged, MetaResults will have description attributes that users can copy into their methods sections. Per today's Neurostore meeting, we should include a copyright waiver, like nipreps tools do, so no one gets accused of plagiarism when they copy the boilerplate verbatim into their manuscripts.
