[Data Checks Bug]: The cli check command does not work for multiple files

What is the issue?

What was observed, any logs or relevant links?
Running a command like this - ./bqetl check validate 'telemetry_derived.*' --project_id=moz-fx-data-shared-prod does not work as we are checking only for single checks file here. We should be able to run a check command for all tables under a dataset.

How can we reproduce the bug
