Extend the shim to support
Disables Node 14 support in pipelines for now.
Updated tests to account for changes to OpenTelemetry packages.
Updates OpenTelemetry, distro, and exporter depdendencies.
Updated InstrumentationOptions type to extended that found in the distro and removed LogInstrumentationOptions.
