Description

Use async functions from prettier in order to support prettier 3+

Motivation and Context

#3765

How Has This Been Tested?

This has been tested manually against workspaces on prettier 2.8.8 and 3.0.0.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Chore (change that has absolutely no effect on users)
