This PR fixes #
It may seem like we are moving away from returning
meshkittype error, but actually we are just changing the level from which meshkit type error will be returned.Eventually end error format will be of type meshkit, it is just that the error details needs to be formatted before sending to UI.
The details formatting will undergo active change, adding logic here will require frequent releases. Hence the change.
