Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The angular-datatables-demo-server used for the Server side the Angular way example is using Heroku free tier.

However, Heroku has announced the removal of Heroku free product plans on November 28, 2022.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can either:

Heroku has announced the [removal of free product plans on November 28, 2022](https://help.heroku.com/RSBRUH58/removal-of-heroku-free-product-plans-faq).

An alternative platform was to use [quoddi](https://qoddi.com/).
