Bug: RONLOG assembly does not recognise RST files added on GitHub #1321

When adding an RST CHANGELOG fragment directly on GitHub using its internal editor, the content will not be added to the RONLOG on assembly.

#1341 and #1342 have shown that CLRFs cannot be the cause as the RST fragment introduced in #1341 uses \n as a linefeed character.
