The goal to enable easier future development by importing AgentUnit from a package.

Reference: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/tutorials/packaging-projects/

  • put everything in the necessary dir structure
  • pip package working
  • get CI\CD pipeline working so that the package can be easily updated.

Because the testing of PolityUnits is strongly dependent on AgentUnits internal attrs consider keeping everyhing in one package.
