Actually this generates 22 new JavaDoc warnings, but that's a good point, not much to get it aligned. I'll fix them and then merge this together. |

This repository can be trivially made to conform to our upstream Javadoc configuration of
<doclint>all,-missing</doclint>, removing the need to maintain a custom configuration and simplifying maintenance. Tested locally withmvn clean verify -Pjenkins-release.
