MediaBrowser.Controller.Notifications alternative for sending notifications from plugin

I was using INotificationManager notificationManager from MediaBrowser.Controller.Notifications to send notifications to clients from my plugin however after updating to 10.9.1 it seems namespace MediaBrowser.Controller.Notifications is removed. What is the new way for sending notifications to clients from plugin?

    var notification = new NotificationRequest
    {
        Name = "My Plugin Notification",
        Description = message,
        Date = DateTime.UtcNow,

In my case I was creating an event and was sending notification using following code. I can have some example code for replacement of this code?
