The web app "Real Favicon Generator" generate files with a transparent background and an icon centred with this dimensions :

mstile-70x70 : 128x128 px, icon : 95x95px
mstile-150x150 : 270x270px, icon : 126x126px
mstile-310x150 : 558x270px, , icon : 126x126px
mstile-310x310 : 558x558px, icon : 259x259px

PR welcome. Sizes may be adjusted here.

But I do not know what to do with centering (if any).
