What is the current behavior?

Issue Number: resolves #19926

What is the new behavior?

• Removed console.warn statement. Could not find a good way to only log when in non-test environments and we need to setup IonicModule.forRoot multiple times since angular resets the TestBed before each test.

Does this introduce a breaking change?
