🐛 버그 설명

모임 상세 페이지에서 탭 전환시 최상단으로 스크롤되는 문제가 있습니다.

next/navigation의 useRouter는 next/router와 다르게 shallow, scroll 등의 옵션 기능을 제공하고 있지 않습니다.

next canary 버전에서 추가된 것으로 보이지만 아직 사용할 수 없어 다른 해결방안을 찾아야 할 것 같습니다.
