Changes:

  • Add readme to list and explain all GitHub workflows and their roles
  • Enable manual dispatching of all workflows except for the release one
  • Prefix jobs with the workflow name for better visibility in GH UI
  • Unify the release jobs under the same workflow
  • Configure token permissions at job level to comply with CLOMonitor
