server.send and server.streamfile simultaneously?

With Webserver.h library, is it possible to use both a server.send and a server.streamfile after each other for the same request?

Like so

server.on("/log", HTTP_GET, []() {  // Stream logfiles to client
    
    File file;
    file = SPIFFS.open("/logfile0.log", "r");
    if(file) {
      server.send(200, "text/plain", "logfile0\r\n");
      server.streamFile(file, "text/html");
    }
    file.close();
