Integrations with Rancher

Discussion about how we can give a more complete solution when installed as part of Rancher.

A few potential options to start the discussion:

• Auth via Rancher (The Rancher side of this should be done as part of 2.6.4?)
• Deep links from Epinio UI resources to their appropriate Rancher resources
• Using Helm to deploy applications instead of just a Deployment/Service/Ingress (This will allow Epinio applications to show up in the Rancher list of "Installed Apps")

Also, should there be an Epinio resource on the left inside the cluster view? Is that possible?
