In .NET 9 Preview 4, the SB artifacts (Private.Artifacts* and dotnet.sdk*) were moved from <BuildLeg_Artifacts>/ to <BuildLeg_Artifacts>/assets/Release. This is causing failures in the release pipeline. This was not discovered until now because the .NET 9 validation pipeline runs against preview 1, and this change occurred in preview 4.
