[8.0.2] OutOfMemoryException when creating migration using ef tool #33176

Hello,

when using .NET 8.0.2 or the 9.0.0-daily I receive the following out of memory issues when creating a migration.
The command takes a long time to execute before throwing the error.

First type of error seen on 64GB RAM machine:

Hello, I have sent you two emails with a repro sample.

The issue doesn't seem to be with EFC Tool, since even executing an exciting migration of that domain model triggers the Out of Memory issue.

I remember creating a new Initial Migration without issue with .NET 8.0.0/EFC 8.0.0.
