docs: update style guide

Describe what should be investigated or refactored

As the team has normed more around docs practices, need to update the style guide to reflect.

Also need to label the style guide as a Zarf Docs style guide, not a Defense Unicorns style guide (or move the style guide to a common repo and reference)
