Our circle CI hosted M1 runner to build and test the Mac arm 64 binary needs to be upgraded from circle
1.0to version 1.1`. While we upgrade this runner to the new version, we will be leverage Circle CI's cloud hosted runners in the meantime to avoid any unnecessary down time to the Mac arm 64 CI jobs.Steps to test
