According to doc saml-profiles-2.0-os.pdf line 1207 the logout request must contain at least one SessionIndex.
Looking at this code it does not include SessionIndex

This is why we fail to logout from ADFS identity provider with Error details: 'Element' is an invalid XmlNodeType.
