HPE should be HOPE

Example: HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10

HPE is the official abbreviation for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

I don't know if I want to be chasing after each company's abbreviation or favor companies over each other. This can easily be handled in a typos.toml file.
