Enable multiple locales at once.

I'm working on a codebase which is written in multiple languages (English + Spanish). I was wondering if there was a way to enable multiple locales at once. Currently, most of the "typos" we are receiving are just correct Spanish words. There are a few good catches which I would like to enforce at PR time though.

At this time, typos only has support for english and the locales is for specific english dialects
