Hirte project has native python binding, we must replace the hirtectl command from the car-dashboard project:

Just figure out that we run the tool inside the hypervisor which don't have the hirte-agent. So it's not possible to eat our own python food in this one. Today we use podman exec nodename to execute hirtectl stop inside the node to stop the service.
