sphinx-notfound-page was broken by sphinx 7.2.0. We've pinned sphinx to 7.1.0, but this should be relaxed once sphinx-notfound-page is patched. If it's never fixed, we should abandon the use of that tool and keep sphinx up to date.

This is now fixed with the newest version of sphinx-notfound-page
