Issue #, if available:

Description of changes:

  1. Reopening closed discussions to make those searchable.
  2. Discussions are not closed what-so-ever.
  3. If an answer is suggested and there is no reaction/comment on the suggested answer for 7 days, that particular discussion is marked as answered (with the suggested answer) and kept open to keep it searchable.
