The 0.4.0 publish action is pointing out some warnings originating from setuptools:

It looks like:

asdf-astropy/pyproject.toml

Line 62 in b3dafcc

packages = ["asdf_astropy", "asdf_astropy.resources"]

may be misconfigured.
