What is the actual license? "MIT" or "MIT OR Apache-2.0"? #6

It seems that repo contains both LICENSE-MIT and LICENSE-APACHE, but Cargo.toml says "MIT". Who is right?

The README plus files are correct. It is a bug that we're not or-ing the licenses in the Cargo.toml.

We're intending to follow the recommendation.
