When a user first loads the pages for the blocks table, block info, or transaction info, the list of all blocks are retrieved multiple times.

We also do not need to refresh the entire list of blocks every time, as we should only need to access the blocks that are displayed on the current page of the table, or the single block relevant to the block/transaction info page.
