Not completely clear what behavior you're expecting. Typically raised buttons do not belong in the toolbar.

Please follow the issue template for future reports, as this gives us a better idea what the expected vs. actual behavior is.

* Fixes a couple of deprecation warnings from Sass due to .scss files importing .css, which will start breaking at some point.
* Fixes one of the examples not loading due to it not being renamed after it was changed in the Material repo.
