Describe the bug

The v5 tag is pointing to c3cd5d1, which is v5.2.0, and the latest release as of this writing is v5.4.0 (e9fabac).

To reproduce

We're using amannn/action-semantic-pull-request@v5 and we're still seeing the node16 deprecation notice, despite the fact that this was fixed in #240.

Expected behavior

The v5 tag should point to the latest v5 release, which is v5.4.0 as of this writing.
