Description:
I propose to add support for beta versions like the current 1.18beta2.

Justification:
This would make it easier to test code against beta releases of Go, without downloading and setting up the beta versions manually as job steps.

Are you willing to submit a PR?
Yes; some high-level guidance would be appreciated, as I'm not familiar with the code of this action.
