馃悶 Bug Report

This is just a note to self to watch for a new release of the requests python library that either removes charset-normalizer as a dependency or allows usage of charset-normalizer > 3.0.

update, this issue has been addressed by the requests library as discussed here
psf/requests#6288 (comment)

It's been added to the requests 2.29.0 milestone, when that is released we can update charset-normalizer.

This issue was addressed thru the emanifestpy package in PR USEPA/e-manifest#1572
