Improve Send Money UX

When sending money to an address in renterd, there should be a slider that has 25, 50, 75, 100% to quickly send a partial or full balance without needing to manually copy it, which requires existing, copying, then going back into the popup if you forget, THEN pasting the address.

There might be a better UX for this, but overall the amount sent needs to be improved usability wise.
