[Feature Request] Don't display Ryujinx updater dialog when the command line parameter --fullscreen is used

Overview

When Ryujinx is started with command line parameter --fullscreen and new release is available, stop displaying updater dialog with that information.

Smaller details

I understand that you can uncheck "Check for Updates on Launch" in Options but that is legitimately useful function, just not in full screen startup.

Nature of request

Better support for Steam Big Picture gaming on TV when Ryujinx is added as non-Steam game with command line parameters for fullscreen and game.

Why would this feature be useful?

Now, when you start game in Steam Big Picture and update is available, you have to get to mouse to dismiss it, which kind of ruins the couch experience.
