save file going missing

Description of the issue

recently when playing brilliant diamond every time I save my game and close the emulator everything seems fine but then when i go to reload the game, my save files gone and the SaveData.bin file it shows is incorrect with game upon loading putting me at the very beginning when you first loaded brilliant diamond.
also, whenever I try to a copy of the backup.bin I copy to another folder and rename it SaveData.bin, then place it with the backup.bin file in the user save directory; the game load me to the very beginning when you first loaded brilliant diamond instead of where I left of with the data in the backup.bin file.

Reproduction steps

I open up Ryujink load up brilliant diamond and the game load me at the very beginning of the game. check the user save directory whilst its loading, check the file there and I see that the user save directory has the wrong SaveData.bin file they.
I go to my personal folder area called Pokémon look for the backup.bin file I moved and copy it. I delete everything in the user save directory and paste the backup.bin file. i copy it and rename it SaveData.bin and then paste back the backup.bin file. i go and load up Ryujink again, load brilliant diamond and the game loads me at the very beginning.it did this 3 to 4 times on different occasions.
