[Feat] - Helper text over crop overlay which alongs with it

Hi @Canato,
We have an image based question search App we want the user to crop only one question at a time, so that helper text we wan't show to the user. So, the requirement to have helper text label on top of crop overlay window, which should move along whenever the overlay moves.
It looks something like this.

To add that provision, I have done some changes over the cropper library and will be raising the PR soon.
