We're currently using 1espt-win-2022-cpp-rollback in various scenarios because of MSVC-related conflicts.

Once the root cause of these issues is resolved we should move back to the default windows images.

Places where this is done:

This should be resolved after May 13th -- actions/runner-images#9701
