Summary
This PR provides a quick fix for using the correct version path in the sidebar, a similar fix as was applied to 5.x.
Also adds a new 7.x version entry (like was done on 5.x with 6.x)
Downside is that this makes it not display correctly when running locally (via
docs:view).fixes #13144
