[Feature]: Turn Otter Chrome Devtool extension to be cross browser

Context

Today the Otter Chrome Devtool is developped to be supported only as Chrome Extension.
As browser extensions are following a standard interface between Chrome, Edge and Firefox, we should be able to support the 3 main browsers.

Proposal

• Adapt the code to support the 3 main browsers Chrome, Edge and Firefox
• Bundle the Extension for the 3 browsers
• Publish the Extension for the 3 browsers
• Automatise the Extension publishing (associated to [Feature]: Re-enable the Chrome Extension auto plublishing #1488)
