eleventy 3.0

Describe the bug

I use eleventy 3.0 server for hot reload. I noticed that if I modify individual njk pages, the page reload works correctly. However, if I modify the master.njk file located in the "includes" folder, which is called by the pages with the command {% extends "etc/tect" %}, the hot reload doesn't work and I have to manually refresh the browser. Is this behavior normal?
